Mr. Agbo-Anike attended Justin Thomas Primary School in Enugu and Krosa Model Primary School in Awka, Anambra State, both for his primary schooling. He then went to AirForce Comprehensive School in Agbani Enugu for his secondary schooling. He got 9 distinctions in the nine subjects he took for his SSC exams including 7 A1.

He later attended Nnamdi Azikwe University to study civil engineering. He graduated with a first class honours with a bachelor of science degree in civil engineering, with a cumulative grade point average of 4.79. He was the best graduating student in the Department of Civil Engineering at the Nnamdi Azikwe University in the 2018/2019 session. Mr. Agbo-Anike will be pursuing a master’s degree in civil engineering.
